Fished marsden beach just by the rock 7pm till 1.30am. Final tally of 3 whiting, 2 flattys and a codling on last chuck weighing in at 3lb 1oz. Only kept the codling, the rest went back alive. Baits used were fresh rag, frozen crab, frozen blacks, frozen mussel and cart. Cart never touched. Was packing away and looked up to see a fox no more than 3ft away having a mooch about for some leftover bait, nearly crapped meself! lol. Tried getting a pic but he was away before i got me phone out. Good little session.

That fox has been knocking about for a while now, must be getting enough to eat.

Good session, decent cod to top it off.

I was driving down to the pier early one morning and saw a pack of 5 young cubs running across the road near the dolly peel statue, off on a scavenging session.
