Went down to lynemouth for a night session at about 6 on Friday
Fishing the south side we started off at hospital hole however it was really snaggy I found ? Lost 4 spiders in 6 casts ! Unbelievable !
Borrowed a spider later on off one of te lads fishing near the pipe so cheers if that's you ! Also met another lad off this forum however I didn't get his name
Anyway by about half ten I still hadn't caught an was into my final weight, this was lost shortly after so I decided to use a rock as a weight which was about 7oz
Tbh it was the best weight I had all night and at about midnight I saved the blank with a codling of size
Unfortunately it swallowed the hook and pretty
Much died, I didn't wanna keep it so gave it to my friend (who blanked )
Anyways was a good nights fishing and decent to get off the mark, I felt like bear grylls using rocks for weights haha! Afew of the lads near the pipe caught some bigger cod on the night though
