Low water marks south shields to Roker?

Does anyone know of any decent low water fishing marks between shields and Roker?
I only get the odd day off during the week and generally fish when the bairn is at school, last two low water sessions haven't gone great tbh, fished the groyne and the slab with only 2 little whitening to show for my efforts.

any help would be appreciated.

like every shot,its hit @ miss.mind cant go wrong trying around MARSDEN AREA.
CAMELS ISLAND,can fish well {off the roundish wall},or a littlefurther back {when} you get more confident.PS,just short lobs needed.
also try either side of MARSDEN ROCK,can fish really well,when seas are away.
like most areas,best fished in darkness.
would be worth having a walk over the cliff tops to suss area out,but take care @ try to keep to paths.
theres loads more shots about,but the mentioned ones are good starters.
hopefully more members will take time to add more shots to try.

cheers i will defiantly give marsden ago, ive fished the beach at high water before but never low.
