Kayak recommendations

Hi lads

Just a question for the kayakers on here and advice, few years ago I got a lovely prowler big game which came with everything hummingbird the full works, loved going out in it and had great success during the summer and winter months but to be honest it was hard work with it due to its size and width ! I'm not the biggest lad so found it hard work when there was a strong tidal current ... I regrettably sold it and now looking for another kayak again something that's been fully kitted out but what do most of you use ? I'd love a hobie but as you know they are pricey ! So what would you recommend ?

Advice greatly appreciated

try a prowler 13, trident 11 /13 , scupper pro all will be a lot faster through the water than a big game just try and get a paddle of one before you buy it to see if it suits you jeff

Hi. get ya self a malibu mini x if ya can find one, had a few yaks p13 etc, and seriously, nothing comes close to this. This is the most stable yak i have tried, and the lightest.
Turn it 360' with one stroke. Only downfall is the tracking in choppy seas.
Light enough to carry on ya shoulder, ideal for short sessions when theres a break in the weather.
just my opinion of course:)

Nope .I am 14st plus and 5 11 and an owld git ,had a big game then a stealth evolution and love the scupper pro, try it and see...........Dave.
