Could anyone give me some advice before I buy a new headlamp. Up to now I've been trying to get by with a cheap one from Aldi but think it's about time I get a decent one. What are the better headlamps any advice greatly appreciated

try ebay for the cheepies crees have had a couple of them e for 4years now and stil going strong,, , also my granddaughter also plays around with them, in fact there is a led lenser copy on ebay at the moment for about £5or £6 i bought one last year and again for the price cannot fault it

thanks for all of the replies, I've looked into one of the crees on ebay and thinking of getting one of the lensers. Like I mentioned I'm still new to the game and looking for ways to make it more enjoyable. Cheers

Bought a cree from China didn't arrive so they refuned my £1.99 and the lamp arrived last friday
in the mean time I got this off ebay well impressed very bright
High Power 1800Lm CREE XM-L T6 LED Headlight £16.99 inc postage.... will get to use it on thursday

I've got both a Cree and a lensor h7r. I would say they are equally as good as each other but when you consider you could get yourself two Crees and still have change from the price of the h7, it becomes a no brainer. Just make sure you opt for the rechargeable model.
