Interesting sounds like waffle from a body wanting to look like its evaluated all areas.They would be better off staying at home and reading this blog.Better still start a whip round so we can collectively pay to decommission the remaining north sea trawler fleet ,re mine the scapa flow and attach a long garrotting wire across the Channel.

Just for your information this has just been reborn with the MMO and CEFAS and given a years extension to 2012. I believe also in conjunction with AT and to include shore anglers for the first time and the newly formed IFCA will also be involved, I will update when I have more information.
