John, Stevie and I left Royal Quays at 8am and headed North on what remained of the ebb tide. We stopped at one of our banker marks off Blyth and were immediately into fish despite there being no drift during slack water.Many of the fish were undersize and immediately went back but I would guess for every seven or eight undersize fish landed a 3lb to 4lb fish would come to the boat.We fished all the way to Cresswell, picking up fish at every mark and by this time all fish were being returned. This is the latest in the year that we've boat fished on the drift using the Shad / flowing trace method and we're hoping to get in a few more trips before Xmas.[ATTACH]1534233[/ATTACH]
