Yes the barrier is still there, u need to park where you 1st turn in off main road, outside the caravan storage compound (unless u have a disabled badge I have been informed?).

They wont let you through with disabled badge unless you are member of yacht club (believe me ive tried)they used too mind can only presume something was said or done to stop it.
if you have a blue disabled badge can u go through the barriers
