Had another run up the coast today, looking for bass and turbot

Fishing two rods, mackerel on one close-in for the turbot and the other into the breakers for the bass.

First cast got me a good sized flounder on the mackerel bait; second cast on the other rod got me a bass

It's hard trying to get a selfie, holding a fish, this was the best I could do! before putting it back

Then I got another good flounder on the other rod, then my first turbot of the year

A few more casts got me three more small flounders; then the action died off with nothing for two hours and I packed up after high tide. Canny session, and even caught the sun

Cheers; I would anyway :thumbup: they're few and far between, no way I'm gonna start killing them. And I do really enjoy watching them swim away
