I Have a friend in the know. He is not aware of any angler being taken off Seaburn beach, good news! the chap from Saltburn pier is a different story. The 25year old lad is not in a good way.This was two lads daring each other to jump off the pier & one did. Surfer brought him in & started CPR. Paramedic got him breathing again. not looking good though.
