abu 6500 c3 ct mag ... just got centre mag fitted to day with cramic bearing very fast reel with and fast reeling in better that other 6500 ,,,, SWAP ONLY FOR DIFFERENT REEL

Why do this to a reel is it for tournement casting competiton?or just to increase casting distance for normal beach fishing ?Can these mods be done to my ABU 7500 c3 ct if I ever think I need to increase distance?sorry if I sound like a numptie but live and learn if in doubt ask.

well if you want to cast far then just get cramic bearing pal ... realy fast

If you have the older blue model you should only have to oil the bearings they go well enough as they are, you won't get a better casting large reel.
Don't know about the newer ones but I can't see much distance being gained by uprating the bearings on a reel that size.
