a few kayak mods

with the weather not great i thought i would sort the rtm abaco out so it would be ready to go as soon as the weather settles
comfort seat arrived in time for the weekend










some good quality fittings on the webbing to fix this to the yak



fitted the fishfinder after seeing the way lone of my mates fitted his i thought i would go with that idea






fits perfect in the centre hatch for those rough surf landings and out of the way to stop them big tope smashing it off and into davey jones locker

It's all looking good Jeff. comfort should be a high priority if you're sitting in one position for a long time. Looks a well organised set-up, and should pay dividends out there.

Do you capsize often in those types of kyaks

Not being pervy John but Jeffs bum will have some canny dimples in it
