Nice one cheers mate, I'll go down for low water and fish the flood, do u prefer a particular bait down there? I usually take peeler, rag, lug, mussel and gonna try some blueys if I csn get them apparently there cracking bait, that's a he'll of a bag mate well done I'd be over the moon, havnt had a keeper cod this season so a bag as half as good as urs I'd be dancing all over the Marina lol tight lines mate thanks for the info and I won't be telling a sole about it 

well i like the flood there short cast or a lod bout 40 yards i had a nice bag monday nite to 15lb bag biggest cod 3 lb 13
you dont want the tide bigger than a meter but has to be a bit pull mate

alreet mate if you go to hebburn marriener fish were the ramp is soon as u turn the corner inext to dissabled ramp i had 6 fish there monday nite all cod keep it hush though i dont tell mant people and its a good bottom
