cheers vmate in the end a didnt get out going to try nearer wkend a usualy fish northside of tyne just fancy southside it seems to produce more fish and thanks for the info mate and yeh cant get fresh crab now any where i bought 70 frozen online at off baits r us there ok some quite small and some are hard to peel they come with legs and shell on but every codling we have had out of river has fell to crab cheers mate

Yeah ...def get it for christmas mate .....I think you will do well this year... remember to drop off the river for a big one in jan feb on pier and rocks mate you never know ..
