    Hi stevie have you been out bashing the mackeral yet because there back in, so i'm thinking of giving it a bash tomorrow morning early-on for a couple of hours before the clowns get on. i'll be taking a barrow to stock up for the winter

    Hi stevie got your message on your outing for bass, theres a bit dad-on at the moment that will bring them right in to the shoreline, mouth of the wansbeck is worth a shot early morning or just on dusk.

    mickie wont go anyfarther than hadston alan,hes abit more into shootin now set in his ways yi no,ive noticed some good fish been caught recently im havin a bad time wi me back still not rite takin pain killers all the time,awas hopein to get out this weekend but it doesent look like ill make it ,im a prisoner in my own home,ill have to go to the doctors if it doesent clear up soon,dont want to go on steroids again if i can help it,probably phone you on sunday ok alan ttfn.

    Hows Mick holding up Stevie, think your going to have to get him out the house and maybe have a bit fish and craic with us. If he's sitting the house he'll have too much time on he's hands to think, he'll crack up. Just a thought and there has been some really nice fish caught.

    aye good luck alan c u next week,been stripping the cheap rod rings off the sonik rod and replaced with fuji shock rings got them for 25quid including the wipping did the rod in one day.il be itching to get out next week anyway c u later ttfn.

    Ok stevie enjoy there not small very long he'll be giving you a load of buck shortly,had planned a trip on the river with the small tides but that rain last night just might of buggered that if there's any more. I read the report of the Bass at the sluice very nice it just shows what can be done if you target fish and this guy has a bit of a record for bass so i don't think it's a fluke. Wish me luck okey dokey.

    I've got to make the best of my chances stevie or I'll never get out. I'm just biding me time for the rain to subside and i'm off like a scadded cat. I've no idea where I'm going yet but I'll be taking the sheet just in case. I'm just starting me pasties now hey you get a few squid in them boxes got ten nice size ones in this box more than enough for a good session.     aye think your write about the river alan i dont like them big tides all they are good for is diggin bait.an sngler from blyth said thats the reason why the pier has gone off the boil to much fresh water, not shure what to do tomorro tho ,ttfn

    Went to hartley market stevie & got 2 box's of squid from primecut butchers, proper calamari and 1.69 a box and he's got loads left 50p cheaper than Flash.Ive the nephews and the grandbairn on sunday so i'm looking at Sat evening now to get out. Looking on the bright side i've checked the weather on a few sites and fortunately it 's looking the best time to go as the rain is clearing for the evening. The river is def-out too much fresh water it's like mud. It's a nice s-easter so racking me brains somewhere must be fishing, if it's too big it'll have to be the pier but i've got some nice plastic sheeting from work and clamps to ease the biting wind if it comes to it, going to have a think speak to you later.
