with low water being 3/0 clock you will be fishing the tide up with high water round 9 ,try fishing 3 hours to 6 0 clock either whitley beach or blyth beach then head for blyth pier for high water ,north easterlys forcast so should be spot on for a few cod ,hope this helps davy.
