Many years back, i was in the Lakes with a couple of mates - went to a pub in Threlkeld and after about half an hour, 4 or 5 blokes turned up with their assorted intruments and treated the pub to about 3 hours of traditional Celtic stuff...........brilliant night. I know traditional music tends to get a bit of a bashing, but you gotta admire the profficiency it takes to make something so difficult to play, look so effortless.

I like and listen to most types of music, but I could never get away with the whole "soul" thing........

I first seen it a few months back and this kid is unbelievable.........just watch his face to see the absolute enjoyment he's getting out of playing the drums ((and how.......those patterns ain't easy !!!)

those kids were brill. Some of the comments on you tube were a bit off though.

i am listening to the new Mika cd "life in a cartoon motion" not out until 23rd but got a down load. Great for a debut album track 8 "Big Girls You Are Beautiful" is becoming my anthem.

right no however, I'm listening to wor lass bleating on cos I just spent a grand on toys for the boat

I'm guessing its the extended play, extra long, self repeating, unlimited edition version.

might try play it backwards tomorrow to see if there's a subliminal message that actually says "its all right darling, get your self off fishing for the weekend, you deserve it and while your away see if you can find a nubile 18 year old to massage your aching muscles'

but I think I must of swapped that version in an earlier life
