1st time fishing !!!!

Bert, myself and my son, Jordan went out for a few hours today!
This was not Jordans fisrt time on the boat, but was first time fishing.
We just went off the piers to start with, and Jordan had his first catch of mackeral. We went off couple of miles and Jordan continued getting mackeral, infact he got 43..... aswell as that he got a gurnard.
To say he was happy as larry is a understatment!! As i am sure you can well imagine.

Bert also got 4 cod on the glow pirks, as well as a pollack, bits and bobs. (Cod up to 5lb.)

And i kept the scotchys busy all day, so they could get the good stuff......... so kind me....... lol

Well Jordan is in the Journal, but he forgot to tell me he changed his name to Jason.

oh he will be happy...... first time in the paper and its wrong, should read jordan johnson not jason atkinson lol never mind try again next time.

We were just round the pier ends, and up to a couple of miles off, the mackeral seemed to be just under the boat. Put some photos on nesa if your intrested.
