Great sport Jonny.

I did a variation of it it for quite a while, (I was a great punchbag for many....!!! LOL). Your too late by a little over two weeks. Just gave my pads away. Ive kept the \"BodyBag\" and gloves though. Always seem to go back to it in the summer months.

Make sure you get decent quality gloves that fit well and some good hand bandages.

Jeff.

PS...If all else fails take Sless\'s advice. Biting, elbowing, kicking, gouging and nutting are all tried and tested and work well.

Good advice Jonny. Ask the ward sister at any A&E. If you did a course I\'m sure they will have taught you about \"wrapping up properly\". My mate (a plumber) broke his hand on me head cos he couldn\'t be bothered to tighten his bandages and was on the sick for three months, and it didn\'t even hurt
