Seen some of it Jonny, Painter really did get his backside spanked.
I used to play for the county once over and got my backside spanked by Bristow, so I know what it feels like to be humiliated in front of hundreds os people. (Whalehill social club back in the eighties)
The cocky get, had 3 darts to get double 16 and threw two of them into the floor and got his double with his last dart (always the showman).
The consistency of the modern dart players seems to have improved fourfold.
I also lost to a lot of other top dart players in the late eighties and early ninties including Anderson, Wilson, Rees, Lowe and many others.
Nice to see Anderson still going tho, he has to be in his fifties now.

yes sless i can throw the arrow tough i say it myself.
i have my own darts room.....well it is my conservatory with 2 arm chairs in and my dart board put up to the correct distance.
I love throwing that tungston.
