Well forcast looked good so the gear was ready and off out at 7am headed across to Newbiggin to a mark I found last year and plotted on the gps tried a nice drift 0.2mph spot on in the right direction hit a couple of three lbers on that drift fishing with flowing traces baited with rag then same again but picked a couple up on the orange short trace above the flowing trace so decided me to go onto jigger/daylights and dad to bait cover bases.

Well the next drift was a memorable one in which dads rod well over oh giz a hand mate then mine hit twice and hooped over sh1t happens he had 1@5lb, 1@4lb and i had a 6lb 5lb double header awsome this then went on all morning then by the end returning fish under 3lb unless knackered oh and we had 2 scottchies and a ling which went back.

Ended the day with 17 cod best just over 6lb each and I started filletting at 6pm finished at 9pm freezer now chocka block man lol.

Sorry for the lack of photos but just none stop action if I'm honest was going to lie and say forgot but got to fess up:D
Heres one of the keepers.
