Pb cod 209

Caught my personal best cod off Whitby 2 weeks ago, 23lb dead on. Three weeks before I cought another three fish in consecutive drops and here is a picture of them. I had no scales when I caught the three fish but I would put them at late teens early twenties.

Cracking fish, i love catching but i choose one 10lber over 10 3-4lbers any day, not for the fight as the smaller ones fight better but its something you remember more.

Its one of the biggest cod i heard of this year from the north east

did,nt get em on bait sean, i,ve had all my best cod on jigger,

but i like at least 1 of the lads to fish with bait , it wakes em up,

i,m glad i got that 50 lb uglystick or i,d have lost it in the wreck
