theres always flea bay seen a surf reel on there with line brand new for 15-20 quid aswell hope this helps mate

ahh just been on ebay and there a tenner now with free post aswell never mind try your local tackle shop mate they will av some budget reels in for certain or hopefully someone on here can sort you out or even a loan until you get one:
