wanted cono-flex flattie rod no botherd if it needs a rebuild

I have a conoflex big river match, its 15ft 3-5oz casting wieght, class flatty/scratching rod. I'm not all that fussed to get rid but pm a offer and I'll consider and let me know. Its on good condition, all the eyes are spot on, spigot is prime just usual marks from where it has been resting on tripods or rails.
