Anyone fairly local to Gateshead got a boat rod for sale ? Hoping to take my father out on a boat from the Tyne next week and he needs a rod. Anyone think they have something suitable please pm me

Hi thanks for the response I think he would be comfortable with something around maybe 6-7 foot. Am I right in thinking your rod is around 9' ?

8 foot 6 m8 , i fish with nowt else , more fun than the short rods.

If you go on anglersafloat, forum and look for member MT he has a good selection of good quality boat rods for sale up in Blyth. Sure he would meet you somewhere if you were interested....dont know what he has left but if i recall correctly one was actually brand new and going for not many £
