I have 3 Abu 7000's for sale. They all have the 4.1-1 gearing, but have had the sideplates replaced. Two have the chrome sideplates and one has the blue. They all have a bearing in the handle. The two chrome ones are running on bearings while the blue one is on bushes. Both the chrome ones have stainless steel power handles which are slightly longer than the standard Abu handle and the blue one still has a standard handle fitted.
I have recently completely stripped all three down, degreased and re-lubed them.
The two chrome ones have been converted to CT style cage by having a solid stainless steel conversion bar fitted in place of the level wind and the top bar removed for better thumb grip around the spool. The blue one also has the conversion bar but hasn't had the top bar removed.
They have the usual scuffs and scratches so won't be much use to a collector; these are working fishing reels and they all run very well and operate as they should do.
I want £50 each for them or if someone wants to buy all three I'll take £130.
