I have kept tropical fish the fast few month, and well had a fair number of babys from a few species. Anyone after some healthy 3 month old variatus platy (orange and black) let me know. £2 each of 3 for £5.
They are temperal and quiet hardy so can go in a big tropical fish tank and mix well in a community, or a small group can happily go small childs tank as the main fish instead of a gold fish which always die as they simply arent suitable for small tank. (heater is not needed for these)
The fish are small so are ideal for young children to get interested in keeping fish watching them grow as they will grow pretty fast. They are currently about 2cm but reach around 5cm.
They are very healthy young fish, much better than store baught pets at home rubbish and i will help out with anything you need to know
