Clearout: rods and reels for sale...
Ladies, gentlement, and those of you who are yet to make up your mind, I am clearing out stuff that hasn't been used in forever or longer 
Shakespeare Salt XT Bass, 11' 6" - used twice, not been touched for two years since I bought my Greys Bass rod. Some superficial light marks to the varnish here and there: £30
Shakespeare Ugly Stik Boat rod 15lb class - epic fun, used twice, been in storage for the last eight years
, can't see any marks on it: £20
Daiwa Moonraker Z, 13' casts 4-6oz - classic rod, gold and black in original Daiwa bag, good used condition overall, owned from new, rubber butt cap is perished though and no reel coasters. Would be a great clean to mixed ground rod to get someone who is starting out up and running - it can throw a good distance with the right pilot
Not been used for well over 3 years now, these were the rod back in the day: £30
Penn INXS2 Groundcast (multi) 13' casts 125 - 175g in original bag.
Needs new reel coasters but, other than that, it is in good used condition and ready to fish. A good mixed to rough ground rod - I used to be able to cast this one for bloody miles - it has plenty of grunt.
Not been used for over 3 years: £35
Century Kompressor SS in original bag, bought January 2012, used twice, been in storage since. I'm going to call this mint - I can't find a mark on it anywhere and all is exactly as it was bought.
Put it this way, I bought two, you can look at both and pick the best one. You won't find better unless you buy new. £250
Daiwa SL30SH loaded with new 40lb mainline. Used twice (with the above Century rod) and been in storage ever since. Boxed, excellent condition: £60
Abu Ambassadeur One 5000 loaded with 15lb mailine, levelwind intact and never touched. Good used condition, some marks to the silver decals around the side-plate edge, casts for miles: £35
Akios S-Line 757CS reel in neoprene reel cover and loaded with 30lb (I think) mainline. I bought two of these in 2012, both have been used three or four times and then put into storage. I have the box, somewhere . One is for sale, I am keeping the other, you can look at both and pick the best: £60
If I can find them I will also list some Abu multipliers - I have a couple of 5000, 6000, 6500 and maybe a 7000 Synchro or two somewhere, but dear knows where they are...
In addition to the above I also have some freshwater stuff that could easily be used for sal****er fishing:
Greys X-Flite Bait rod, 12 foot three-section rod, casts 5 - 18g in excellent condition, in original bag and original Greys travel tube with shoulder strap: £70
Greys GRX Spin 9' 15-45g excellent condition in original bag: £50
Greys GRX Salmon 13' three-section fly rod in 8-9 weight. I don't think I ever fished this one Comes in original bag and Greys travel tube with shoulder strap: £60
I believe the prices are quite reasonable - if stuff doesn't sell at the asking price it can simply go back into storage; it costs me nothing to hold onto it...
I am also in two minds whether to sell the last three rods or not. The two Greys spinning rods are really nice, and that salmon rod is making me want to dust off my waders...
First to indicate that they want an item on this thread and follow up with a PM gets it.
Items are sold when I say they are.
Anyone who turns up and starts haggling will be shown the door...
