Hi what mag has it got on?
Just was wondering as ratchet is considerably thinner than 8mm?

It's got a 6mm mono mag

Anything bigger than 6mm is pointless in my eyes as it slows the reel to much at the start of the cast.

Lasher Lawson also fabricated a brass plate to around the ratchet so there is no holes.
