I have used this rod a few times.so it has scuffs and scratches.it has been sitting in the back cupboard and some of the eyes have got a slight green coating on them from the damp.i have checked all eyes and they are not weak,just looks like a bit surface rust.just being honest.i love using this rod,casting is tremendous.you will shock yourself at how much distance you can get with this rod.flexible but powerfull.first £35

just been cleaning some of the eyes and it is coming off think tyey just need a soaking in wd40
