10.09.04/world record to the Casting WM in Berne

World record on the common land at the world championship in
    the Castingsport

The world championships in the Castingsport in Switzerland have their
    first world record!

The Englishman Peter Thain threw today on the common land in Berne a
new world record in the far throw with the multi-role. It pulverized
    the existing world record with 114 m (pre-mount 111 m) accurately and
this with nearly no tail wind. This achievement is simply sensational,
since tail wind a crucial positive factor represents when far
    throwing.
