  • Pucci Rings (yes really)

    I've just ben re-reading the Spring edition of 'The Creel' (can be found on the ACA website - http://www.americancastingassoc.org/...ring_creel.pdf) and on page 14 they mention about the use of 'Pucci' guides being the lightest and the best.

    Just wondered if anyone here knew of them and how they differ from those that I already use.

    I don't understand this

    On all of the other 'lesser' foums there ate many threads asking about rings for fixed spool outfits from people who post here

    I have given you the opportunity to find out about the best rings (according to the fly & plug casting yanks).

    Well I've been using the Pacific Bay ones and they are fine for casting lead weights.

    As for ring placement that is staying under my hat.

      perhaps us lads oop north were confused and mistook pucci for gucci, and you know we are,nt into bling up here . as for keeping placements under your hat , would that be a burberry hat.

              hi why does there seem to be a prob with fixed spools ie crack offs is it the rings big coils coming off sorry for going off topic a little
