    hi , how many of us use our casting rods for our actual fishing, this does not apply to bazz as he catches nowt anyway
    did you know panel pins comes in diff sizes ?

    hi john, i used the v max for fishing aswell as casting and will be trying the zti for fishing

      Use my LT bullet and TTR for fishing and casting. LT Bullets my favourite tho. Absolutely spot on with 175gr and a decent cod bait!

        hi chukka, good rods for area you fish northumberland i thing bog hall, do you fish newbiggen cliff tops. i am beginning to think the xtr is best allround rod out there. very good casting rod and good lifting capabilities

          Hi John, Not sure if XTR is meaty enough for the real rough stuff but im sure it would cope, it might just bend a bit more than you want.
          Old LTs are superb and are much crisper and tippier than the newer dymic ones which seem to bend all thru.

          Gonna be using a TTR this season though for some serious wanging!

          Ps A pal of mine has used and abused a blue raptor for probably 7yrs plus and has lifted lots of fish 5 -8lb up cliffs and piers using the rod. Been waiting for it to pop but its just hung in there. The spigot is fu**ed tho and its had 3 sets of rings on it!

            hi chukka, got to agree a little about xtrs and you are definately right about lt the bullits are the same the older ones were much better.
