went to n.w casting this morning, had the craic with baz and his lad. he has,nt changed much and it livened the morning up a treat. watched some good casting by josh [n.wales] and made my way home at lunch time.

nah idid,nt even walk up the court, i was just there to watch the master [baz]. he showed me a completely new casting method he,s developing. i,ve just been down the field to try it. it took me a few goes to get the gist of it, but when i sussed it i was gob-smacked. plenty of compression, loads of distance and most important no pain.

field was like a quagmire, not to bad for my first one in 9 years was looking at around 250 managed 246 finaly getting there with the zti every one straight as a dye. forgot to add [before somebody else does ] fell over hockey sad laugh realy had a good time.very impressed with young josh realy nice lad
