NWSA Casting results 26.06.05
An International event was created with the appearance of K.F.Tang from Singapore who did very well considering the conditions on the day. It was very hot with a variable wind in the morning but shifted 180 degrees before lunch and a change of court direction was made.
This North West sea breeze made things a little better and distances started to creep up. It was not long before another record tumbled by Peter Thain who upped the 75grm to a massive 243-0-6.
More PB’s this time from new members Richard Savage and Will Powell, with junior Joe Redman upping his along with newcomer David Nevin .
The latest new junior member is Jake Blanchard who is six years old and hit a staggering 53yards but as you guessed he is the son of that big hitter Gary who won the event.
Thanks to all who came.
