the weather was better than expected it stayed dry all day with a reasonable amount of sunshine the wind was 0-5mph mainly down the court all day .

we had a couple of newcomers kevin Hamilton from stranraer and David George and his son David from FIFE they enjoyed the day and went home happy with improvements to their casting and some tips to work on .while we was casting there was a model airshow on further down the runway and some of the planes had wingspans of over 12ft so we got a free airshow during the day which made up for the lack of distance recorded by some of the competitors who were maybee expecting to get bigger distances

blastman, the reel is going like a rocket now, .28 line and 125gram lead, good wee set up.
