Hi everybody,
I have been to look over the field for Sundays event and i am afraid the grass is a little to long for the light leads...as you know it makes finding them very difficult, as we all know they travel huge distances when they crack off.
So hopefully the days event will be run on similar lines to the light line event only with weights of 100g, 125g, and 150g....so your best cast from each weight will be added together for the final total.
As well as the casting it is the TROPHY PRESENTATION DAY and MEMBERS ONLY GIANT RAFFLE
Do not miss it!
I have talked with the farmer and we ....MAY BE ON THE FRONT FIELD..... we are not sure which at this moment so please check out the front field first when you come!!!
As the days are getting shorter the last casts will be around 3.30pm
