The Scottish Surfcasting Association are holding a series of casting events thoughout the summer , these will be competitions for club members but day casters are welcome .
For anyone who would like to come along for either tuition (there will be 2 Sea Angler casting instructors available ) or just to see what its all about you will be made most welcome.
The dates are :
27th May
17th June
22 July
26th August
16th September
7th October
These events will be held at Wigtown with perhaps one of the later ones held at Ayr should Wigtown become waterlogged .
More information will be posted in the week prior to the event .
