Came across these the other night. No doubt you\'ll have seen or heard most of them before BUT they are well worth reading, I\'m still grinning as I type.
They\'re named after David Coleman who was not adverse to the occasional cock-up and a couple of his best have been included. I saved my favourite one from him until last.

\"Bill Frindal has done a bit of mental arithmetic with a calculator\" (John Arlott)

\"Fred Davis, the doyen of snooker, now 67 years of age and too old to get his leg over, prefers to use his left hand. \" (Ted Lowe)

\"There\'s going to be a real ding-dong when the bell goes.\" (David Coleman)

\"There is Brendan Foster, by himself, with 20,000 people\" (David Coleman)

\"The lead car is absolutely unique, except for the one behind it which is identical\" (Murray Walker)

\"I can see the carrot at the end of the tunnel\" (Stuart Pearce)
