Once youve caught a decent sized Wrasse, gut it, and take three egg sized stones off the beach, wrap them in foil with some herbs and a dab of butter, stuff them inside the wrasse, and wrap in kelp to about half inch thick. Leave on the BBQ for around an hour, unwrap the Wrasse from the kelp. The meat should fall off the bones. lay the meat on the hot kelp leaves, and remove the hot stones and foil. take the foil off the stones.
Wrap the meat, and kelp in the Foil. Carefully put it in the bin, and eat the stones.
