sorry if this offends, but a was under the belief that mods had computer i.d for all members. ?
if so, why are banned people still active..?
only asking.
if people change name and come back on site is the id address not the same.

An IP address is easily changed so no way of really stopping someone making a new account, I think banned members can still log on their accounts but not able to post etc

Sorry Davey, just seen this thread now.

As posted above some people's IP Address changes every time they switch their machine on.

If there's anyone in particular just send us a pm.

It's usually not hard to spot people after they've made a few posts but no doubt a few get missed.

I'm a member on another forum and you have to sign up with a ISP email address i.e. no hotmail, yahoo etc email addresses.
