an old man goes to the doctors because he has problems with his manly bits
the doctor has a look and tells the old boy, that he will have to go home and do a semen sample and bring it in in a weeks time

a week later the old boy returns with his pot .......empty!!!
the doc says whats happened there is nothing in it the old boy says................
i tried with my left hand
i tried with my right hand
my wife tried with her left hand
and then she tried with her right hand
she even tried with her mouth
then ethel next door tried with her left hand
and then with her right hand

and you know what doc??????????
none of us could get the bloody lid off !"!!!!
