Been loading all my Cd's into Media Centre on the computer and transfer them into iTunes to convert them into MP3 format. Been making up some playlists to burn to CD for the car as the player is MP3 also. In the normal playlist been dragging and dropping odd track out of the library no bother.

The thing I can't figure is how to drop a whole album into the new playlist without dragging each individual track. Can anyone help a dimwit. I can import whole albums or artists into the library from media centre but not within iTunes itself.

    Help appreciated.

might be a bit obvious but....hold down the shift key and select as few or as many tracks from one play list of album and drag and drop them onto another

or press control (on a PC I think - I'm a mac user) and A together to select everything in one playlist and drag and drop to another, or if your importing from an audio CD, just open the cd from the desktop, select all te audio tracks on it and drag and drop tem into a playlist in iTunes, which will then rip the audio to mp3 on your harddisk itunes library

Thanks Mark. I was sure I'd done that like moving photos about but obviously had a blonde moment.

Now got my Police and Jam boxed sets on disc with all my Weller and Ocean Colour Scene. Just need to go for a 21 hour drive to listen to it all.

I don't think I could even last that party. Mine's showing just under 5 gig and that's 8.1 days.

Peter I thinkyour 8.1 days would be a bit nearer the mark lol. Might just manage the beer for that.
