Only Inverclyde Council could think that spending £1.4 million on refurbishing Gourock Outdoor Pool was money well spent! I mean I love a Lido as much as the next man, but come on, how many days a year are warm enough to use it?

Makes you wonder what sort of people are on these Councils, Countrys in a Sh*t state with Councils being squeezed along with everyone else, & they want to spend all that dosh on a scheme that could wait.

I saw an article on North East news that said there were plans to do up the old pool. Don't know if it's going to happen though.People who live in glass houses have to answer the door.Comment
