  • SCUM

As any of you who have watched the local news will know, a grandmother was killed and her daughter and 2 baby sons are critical after a piece of scum in a stolen car ploughed into them yesterday at an estimated 100mph, here in South Shields.

My heart goes out to the family. It\'s something that I just can\'t get my head around and something I could never imagine being able to get over.

The grandmother is being hailed a hero by witnesses for pushing the babies\' buggy out of the way and taking the brunt of the crash. However, the babies buggy was still knocked an estimated 20ft into the air, despite her brave and unselfish act.

I\'ve sat thinking about this today and I\'ve reached a state of sheer anger and utter sadness that I didn\'t think I could, I don\'t even know these people and yet I\'m absolutely gutted for them and just thinking about this has tears welling in my eyes.

The scene of the tragedy isn\'t far from our doctors and this could so easily have been my wife, my mother and my children.

I hope to god that this piece of scum is slowly and painfully buggered every day while he\'s rotting in his cell, death would be too painless and easy, he needs to suffer for the rest of his life just like the poor family will.

Rob, If you think you are angry now just wait till we eventually find out what sentence the SCUM receive

It\'s been said many many times, we are too soft in this country, there\'s very little to deter these ar$eholes and too many do-gooders.

Let\'s hope the judge makes an example of them and they get life sentences (where life actually means LIFE).

    Cheers, Keith.

Rob I feel the same mate ,sick to my stomach but as Keith so rightly says their sentence will be a pittance, sometimes I have to admit I\'m ashamed of this country and SOME of the people living in it.

They`ve just said it was her sisters car.

            Unbelievable.

My son works at Acklington, and says the ******* will be assured of a warm welcome.

Cases like this should be treated at a peoples court. They foragve their human rights when they committed the crime, so they shouldn\'t expect to receive any.

I hope by the end of their prison sentences, they\'re unabvle to control their bowel movements and have to use super duper size tampons to block there back passages.

B**tards. Not just these scum, but every little low life who pushes my car insurance up every year.

To me, up to now the charges should be one of muder and three of attempted murder, let us just hope the death count does not get any higher and the mother and two kids make a full recovery.

I know Damian Phinn, who lives round the corner from me,
I\'m afraid it was his mother who was killed.
There is a big family of them, they are all very keen gardener\'s
and all have allotments at the jack clark park.
I pop round there all the time to talk to them, I am writing this with
a tear in my eye, it\'s the worst thing you could imagine.
And my thought\'s to Dean who\'s girlfriend and two children are in
hospital right now, hope they make a full recovery.
You often see them on the end of the pier mackeral bashing in the
summer there\'s about 4 or 5 of them all good lads.

This has hit me particulary hard today. I\'ve had a lot of sh*t over the last 6-7 years and my life has just regained a little bit of normality (new baby, recent wedding etc)

What happened yesterday just hit home how fragile our cosy little lives are, how it can all be taken away in seconds and how we have no control over any of it.

I\'d love to think I could get off my ass and make a difference, but I\'ve resigned myself to the fact that scum will always be just that, it\'s the justice system that lets our country down.

Sends a shudder down my spine, our lass and the bairns are often down there.

Our lass and me used that same route every morning, when we lived at westoe, with the lads in the double buggy, when there were at the bungalow nursery.

A few have mentioned the death sentence, I think thats the easy way out, let the B*stard rot.

He should be put in the middle of s/shields market square and stoned to within an inch of his life then put in jail for the rest of his natural life and denied any contact with decent human beings
