That\'s an (a) Hawaiin poem, only 12 letters in their alphabet Ray Mears reckons.

AFAIK \"autn\" means \"Scrabbiaggy\" in some Polynesian language

                Steve...

You could also marinate the tuna in Soy, Honey and Rice wine vinegar.
with a bit of chilli for a thai style dish. It works on the prinsiples of the Hot, Sour, Sweet, Salt theroy that nearly all thai food is based on.

You could if you get a long enough loin of tuna roll it in peppercorns and sear it and make a carppaccio of tuna served with green salad with a light citrus dressing.

If you want the recipes let me know and I will get them to you.

Ell....My sleeves are filled with fragrant rosemary and thyme with a hint of lovage....and a few tattoos as well.

                        I WANT MORE
If you want more Tuna steaks I have a great tip. Go to the shops and buy some more. If you want more than you can eat, set up a wholesale business i.e. buy loads and sell them to people that want some.

                        hope this helps

We got bored with the usual \"steaky\" type fish ie tuna, swordfish and shark and started on the snapper and dourado (gilthead bream). Our new favourite is nile perch served up sort of spanish style.

Boil some baby potatoes until just cooked, then toss them in a frying pan with sliced chorizo sausage and olive oil. Meanwhile grill your nile perch steaks and knock up a dressing with olive oil, lemon juice, red peppers, tomatoes (flesh only, skinned) and season to taste.

Serve the grilled fish on a bed of potatoes and sausage and add the dressing over the top. :P :P :P

                              just thought of this:

                              ingredients

                              1 x cashew nut (optional)
1 x scampi or bacon fry (optional)
                              1 x 70cl bottle of brandy

                              Directions:

Crush cashew nut and blend with scampi (or bacon) fry then drink brandy
                              Regards, Graham
