was just getting over the poor display England put on against Scotland and they go and produce a display like that against the French, poor Martin Corry worked his butt off and the rest well, what can be said, pride and passion go a long way in internationals, i blame the national anthem for sending the players to sleep. Well good an excuse as any for not being able to run with, pass, catch or kick a rugby ball.

Jerusalem should be Englands national anthem for all England team sports - said it for ages - never heard one rendition of god save the queen when we celebrated the ashes win, I think that tells a story.

God save the queen should only be used for teams from the UK.

G4 Sang Jerusalem at the All Blacks game in the Autumn about 20 mins before God save the Queen. No comparison,

As for the Rugby well there was no excuse for the performance, these people were playing for their country for f*#ks sake shouldnt need motivating for that.

Robinson has made 7 changes for Saturday so see what happens

agree with most of the changes except Lewsey, cant drop him he was trying to stem the tide that thirteen other players where letting through. Impossible job. You can certainly tell that Neil Back used to have on matches, getting to the breakdown first winning the ball and the link between forwards and backs.

Agree with you there Alan. Think it was about time some of the higher capped players were dropped. You dont know what you might find playing new players.

Hopefully there might be another Neil Back type chomping at the bit.

I remeber when he was considered to light and could not holfd onto the ball, what did they expect when he was first there, then four or five of the opposition and then afew england players. No wonder he lost the ball, when they got a few quicker players to back him up. WOW they realised how good he was, should of had double the caps. No doubt there is another backy there somewhere.

Remember that Alan they also said he was too short as well(that was when England liked 6ft 5 back rows). For years he was the fittest man in world rugby.

their mind set still hasnt changed, still want the biggest strongest players they can get, even though they have been proved wrong time and time again. A bit of pride and passion and the wanting to win would help.
