Deano don't bother with the leccy cigs man they're just a different kind of evil

Giving up is the way forward though - I've never been a tabber aside from the odd herbal in my youth if you get me but my missus was a tabber since she was mid teens and she's now been clean for 2 years and not only does she have extra money in her pocket - she doesn't pen and ink anymore
    Ooh a new vid!

I find the patches work for me....Quit countless times only to start again....Been off since 2nd January this year and doing fine.
Chewing gum and things like carrot batons and celery are good for snacking on....so you don't put shed loads of weight on

you'll need some nicotine for a few weeks and a gradual reduction is the way forward or you'll crack up. going fishing and having a few pints is a hard time to miss the tabs for me so I use a vaporizer to get me through . I was more addicted to the habit and not the nicotine , you need to find whats best for you . a patch and sucking a pencil might even be the answer. anything is better than wasting your health/money and sucking on that shyte baccy .

Stopped for two years, then found out the old man had cancer (who hadn't smoked for 25 year), was back on them with the stress and worry, tried a few times to quit but no luck, only advantage I have is, I wont smoke indoors
and never have, he only lasted five month after been diagnosed before curling his toes., so am giving it a go again soon.

All i can say is " good luck "
If its got t1ts or tyres, its gonna be trouble.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you have an electrical problem
