              PMSL.

They've got to notify you within 14 days of the alleged offence mate unless they have reasonable grounds not to, for example if it's a hire car and the ticket is sent back by the hire company with details of who had possession of the vehicle at the time. Sounds like the copper in the back of the camera van may of been snoozing and hopefully yel escape capture Goodluck mate

33 in a 30? contest it. published code of practice for northumbria is 10% plus 1mph over the limit so that makes it 34.

to get the original 200 quid set aside you need to make a 'statutory declaration' at newcastle magistrates. stating you didn't receive the original documents. that sets aside everything and starts from scratch where you either take it on the chin and admit to it and pay the 60 quid or contest it

for what its worth, all northumbria police speeding offences are heard at bedlington magistrates

also. if the date on the original NIP was more than 14 days from the offence, or the prosecution was more than 6 months after the offence they can't touch you. If they do its classed as 'abuse of process'

been through all of the above in the last year. went from no points to potentially 21 in 6 weeks. found a smart solicitor and I got it down to 9

Some people are like slinkies - not really good for anything but bring a smile to your face when thrown down the stairs

Converting an MFV Fifie trawler type thing.
