    sure century radio just said a whale has swam up the Thames. Forgive me if i didnt hear right

    A big thing doon south never been known , it swam up the river as far as Chelsea.

        there\'s been talk of a barge/crane overnight to try lift it out and move it back downstream, hell of a way up stream at chelsea, 40 miles from the estuary proper, be like seeing dolphins in corbridge!

        hats off to the guy who, when it stranded its self at chelsea just waded in and managed to shoo it back into deep water again....is it possible to shoo a 7 ton whale??

        there\'s been sightings of it in east london tonight though, so it might be off in the right direction again
